What kind of time frame is involved?
The time span from the point of your confirmation to completion of installation will vary depending on the point in the season you confirm. The best time to begin planning for landscape, water garden or irrigation installation is late winter or early spring. At that time of year you can get a jump start on the season and be among the first installations in the spring.

Most outdoor lighting, hardscapes and automatic sprinkler systems can be installed throughout the year. Any time is a good time to get started on these options. For the shortest time span from start to finish, don't wait for spring!

Can you work on my new home before it is fully constructed?
We can work on a landscape plan with you anytime after framing is completed. An irrigation quote can be prepared from a plot plan.

Installation will depend on your agreement with your builder. Often we can work on properties before closing, but this must be arranged by you with your builder.

Installations of any type - irrigation, landscape, hardscape, etc. - must be done before fresh sod or seed is put down, or at least 6 weeks after, to avoid damage or loss of a new lawn.

What will it cost?
At our initial complimentary consultation, we will work within your budget for the design and implementation of your plans. Once we provide our written proposal, you can be confident that there will be no hidden costs or unforeseen increases to the price or project established.

We can also create a master plan for you with installation over a couple seasons or years to accommodate your budget. What about payment options?
